Meet Anita

Anita's career highlight came in 1996, when she competed at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics for Hungary on her horse Kaesar. They finished 19th in the world. During that same year, they were also second to Olympic gold medalist David O'Connor at the prestigious Rolex Kentucky Event.

In 1997 Anita and Kaesar won The Maui Jim Advanced horse trials. The duo won the Canadian Equestrian Team selection trials for the Open European Championships. Anita and Kaesar once again represented Hungary this time at The Open European Championships held at Burghley CCIO.

In 1998 Anita and Kaesar were short listed for the World Equestrian Games but were unfortunately unable to compete due to an injury.

The year 2000 saw Anita and Kaesar crowned Canadian Advanced Champions. In 2003 Kaesar and Anita were 3rd at the Maui Jim Advanced horse trials in Chicago. After a successful year competing Kaesar was retired from advanced level competition to his farm in Palgrave. Anita purchased Kaesar in Quebec as a green 5 year old, having just finished his racing career.

Over the past 11 years Anita has been named Ontario Champion, 10 times, on a variety of different horses. In 1995, 1996, and again in 2000 Anita was named Leading Lady Rider.

Anita currently has three FEI horses. She will be heading to Florida, USA for the 2016 winter season. There Anita will aim to compete her horse "Acrobat" at the Red Hills CIC***, The Carolina CIC*** and The Fork CIC*** as well as their ultimate goal The Jersey Fresh CCI*** in May 2016.

"My Man Jack", Anita's youngest FEI horse will be aimed at The Bromont CCI in June. Bromont is the site chosen for The 2018 World Equestrian Games. Anita hopes to have all three of her FEI horses qualified to represent Hungary at The WEG'S!
